Anyone who works with children is vetted, briefed and expected to follow the foundation's code of conduct. Concerns can be reported to the leadership team and are acted on.

The people in these photographs and programmes are not content. Protection, consent and privacy come before any story we tell.
Photography and consent
Photos are used only with informed consent. We do not publish a child's full name, school details or vulnerability status on the public website.
Beneficiary privacy
Personal records stay inside the foundation. Public stories use approved names and details, and sensitive information is never placed on a campaign page.
Volunteer and staff conduct
Staff, volunteers and visiting teams agree to respectful conduct, appropriate boundaries and the same safeguarding standard as full-time workers.
Reporting concerns
If you see something that worries you, contact the foundation by phone, email or the contact form and mark the message as a safeguarding concern. You will receive a response.
Data protection
Contact details, donation records and beneficiary files are stored securely and used only for the purpose they were given.
